The Interra gangways are high-quality lightweight gangways with an economical price tag to match.
They are manufactured from aluminium with durable composite panels that add very little additional weight, with the gangways weighing between 9.5 kg and 11.2 kg. The composite panels are extremely strong and hard-wearing, making them ideal for the demanding marine environment.
There is no riveting or welding in the manufacturing process. All parts are available separately and can be easily replaced or repaired if required.
The hinge system is one of the standout features of these gangways and was nominated for an award at the Marine Equipment Trade Show (METS).
The handles on the hinge pull outwards to release the locking mechanism. Once the gangway is opened, it automatically locks into position, providing a safe and sturdy walkway. To fold the gangway, simply release the locks and return it to its compact folded position.
A canvas storage bag with handles is included in the price.
Optional extras include a deck socket, handrails (available pre-fitted or as a DIY kit), and a carbon trapeze.
